If you’re new to MemeMates, onboarding helps you explore the app quickly. You can create memes, build moodboards, customize your profile, set a music anthem, and start interacting with the community.
Our team can help with login issues, verification problems, profile setup, or access to key features.
Account support
We can assist with sign-in problems, profile setup, meme uploads, moodboard creation, streaks, and profile customization.
You can also contact us to update account details, request data deletion, or report unauthorized account access.
Technical issues
If part of the app is not working as expected, tell us what happened and what you were trying to do. We can investigate performance, uploads, stories, chat unlocking, notifications, or general app behavior.
Helpful details include your device type, operating-system version, app version, and a short description of the steps that caused the problem. Never email your password or verification code.
Feature assistance
MemeMates includes in-app meme creation, Mood Board Studio, music anthems, streaks, Stories, Groups, Connect Mode, VibeMatch, and chat. We’re happy to explain how a feature works or help when a flow does not behave as expected.
